Switching Gears from Running to Resistance Training: Day 70

It's day 70 and I've decided to switch gears. Previously I was running more often than resistance training, but I'm finding that it's not helping me to lose fat or get stronger, and is actually quite painful (and not a good pain). So I'm going to start doing more resistance training and reducing my running.

In my experience, life is just not that fun when I have a weak core. I think that by focusing on my core strength, building muscle, and working on functional mobility, that I'll be much happier with my results than just running. So, switching gears now so we'll see how I feel in a couple of weeks with the new program.
