Simple and Easy. Still learning how to explain better so hope this makes sense. Give it a try if your car has this option.

Manuel saves me a lot of speeding tickets. When I’m on gear 2 in NYC I stay on that gear to avoid going faster and getting a speeding ticket especially on Sundays. Vs automatic you can hit 37mph by mistake and get a ticket.

I have a lot of fun on my e46 328i, you can really feel how much power your car have, I usually stay on 2/3rd gear in traffic. Been thinking lately if this would wear down the transmission way sooner than expected but im not really sure, sometimes you also feel like the engine sounds really loud along with the fan

I was going 55mph but there was a car in front of me that slowed down to25mph in a few seconds, so I had a had time shifting down because all I could think about was to step on the brakes, as I was slowing down, the rpm went up to 6000, but keep in mind this is a small suv, and I am not a formula 1 driver, so I quickly pulled over and tried to down shift the gears, after that I put it in drive, does anyone know what I should’ve done instead

I struggle with shifting up after coming to a stop. I try and let the gear run up to between 3-4k the shift up but when I do it jerks. Another thing I struggle with is downshifting to a stop . I have a 2022 Corolla and it shift for me if I let it run too low so sometimes I will be counting the shifts in my head when suddenly it skips and my rhythm is messed up.

At what point do I down shift? Under 2, 000 rpm’s? I want to get a Scion FR-S but a lot of them come manual, so I’m trying to at least learn rpm’s and a little about shifting

I am afraid to use mine right now, the shifting feels bizarre and confused and chunky for me (Saab 9-3 turbo). It was never like that with my Audi A4.

I'm driving an Audi A4 2013, and when I downshift (between 1k-2krpms), I notice the car jerks a bit and the rpms go really high. I have never driven manual so idk if this is normal or I'm doing something wrong. I usually apply the brake while downshifting.

I have a question, I've only driven manuals before and I want to know: if I'm driving in manual mode of an automatic and I'm slowing down, do I have to do the downshifts too? Like when coming to a stop and I'm going in 3rd gear, do I have to get it down to 1st or the car will do it by itself? Thanks for the video man!
