DO I CHANGE DOWN GEAR WHEN STOPPING or SLOWING?

Driving a manual car do I change down gear when stopping or slowing? This is a question most learner drivers needs answering. Should you change down gears when stopping or slowing is the question. Hopefully this video will answer this question.

With the modern cars we have nowadays we don't need to change down gear one-by-one. We can do block change, meaning we change down to the speed. So, if driving in 30MPH on 4th gear and need to stop, we just stop first then we decide change gear to neutral or first gear.

When i start driving for the first 3 days i was having a problem to change gear 2 and i wasn't even known when or how i can change gears. The one teaching me didn't tell me anything about when or how i can change gears. Now i know and i can't wait to go and drive tomorrow to surprise my instructors.
