Thanks. Tofu seem to be so versatile, the first time I've cooked using Tofu. I boiled it alongside my ramen noodles, and it tasted like eggs. Just recently recreated what I've seen in this video, and it tasted like chicken.

The only difference being it appears to easily absorbs flavouring and leaves you feeling full and satisfied for an extremely long time.
