SAVE This - Get up and move your spine 🗝
Take a break from what you're doing and try this frontal spinal wave variation to get your spine moving.
1. Top to bottom spinal wave - start from the head and begin to pass through the mid-line allowing the shoulders, ribs & hips to follow as your organise them in sequence.
2. Bottom to top spinal wave - start from the bottom position being your hip and allow each section from the hip, ribs & shoulders to stack on top of the other as you pass through the mid-line.
3. Play between both waves - redirecting from top to bottom and then bottom to top as you develop better control and organisation of your spine.
⏰ set a timer and do 5mins for each of the wave sections from above .
🎵Pop on some good music, set your intention & that and of you go.
