5 Minute Leg Workout | Follow Along with No Equipment

Hello everyone!

Here is an absolute favourite of mine if I have 5 minutes and wanted to work my legs and include some calf work! Simply try to balance throughout on your tip toes! Looks easy.... but it is tricky lowering into and out of squats with holding this balance!

The exercises are as follows:

Traditional squats
Sumo squat
Lunge
Lunge
Close stance squat

Each exercise to complete for 1 minute each. Within each minute the breakdown is as follows:

0-20 seconds: full range
20-40 seconds: pulses
40-60 seconds: hold

Only exception is the close stance at end as we do the hold first followed by the pulses!

I just want to say, I will literally watch no other workout videos but yours. I’ve spent my whole life working out and going to the gym and I’ve never noticed the change in my body like I have from doing your videos along with you. I will connect you to my tv and my husband and kids will say “there’s your lady” they know how much I love you. Thank you for doing this and helping so many.

I’ve been doing her workouts for 2 years, completed all her programs more than once, become so much stronger and fitter, improved my endurance, balance and agility…and this routine still 🔥🔥🔥

Who would think that 5 minutes could fatigue your legs that quickly. I've been doing 30 minutes or less workouts for 3 years now and they're my favorite!

I love your workouts. Very little talking, just right into the exercises. And I love that you do the workout with your viewers. I hate the videos where the trainer takes ten minutes to explain the exercise, and then says do four sets of ten, then explains the next exercise, and so on. I love to follow along. Keep doing what you’re doing!

Caroline, you have changed my routine so much with your videos. I have always had eating issues and exercise disorders since my early 20s, I’m 42 now and thanks to you, I’m in the best shape ever! I never thought working out at home could be so fun and intense with you❤ I was one who don’t work out at home, always go to the gym. But your channel came through my feed recently and I have been working out right along side with you ever since ! as a volleyball player this is such a good way to gain leg muscle
