I've been doing this workout for a month for jus 1 time everyday and sometimes 2 times plus instead of using the elevator, i use the stairs and lemme just say, my legs have become thinner than ever! I used to have very fat legs and now people are amazed at how skinny it got! This really works guys!! Never give up!!

For any of those wondering - yes, this is a pretty efficient lean leg work out. I personally feel like this one gave better results than the other ones I did. So do it a few times, I promise it's worth it.

I almost did not do today's workout of the January calendar, because I had such a horrible day, but I decided to do it at 10 p.m. and now I feel so proud of myself that I did not give up. Thank you Cassey! <3

OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS I have done it for three days strait along with her 5 min arms, 5 min butt, and 5 min abs, plus popsugars 5 min lose the pouch workout... And I have lost 5 lbs and have a huge difference in my body already and I love it!!!! If anyone out there is struggling do the workouts I listed. It knot takes 25 And anyone has an extra 25 min to change tgier body for the best!!! I'm going to continue with the workouts and update you all in how I look in a week... So see you in four more days !!!!❤️💪🏼

Casey is awesome did this for a week straight and my thighs actually got smaller and toner, my friends even notice and asked if I was working out but I just did this and a little bit of 10-15 mins of running each day and it worked !! I didn’t change my diet or anything just was persistent with the workout and it paid off!!!
