I reduced my weight by doing just 1 hr walk and few stretching yogas and 15 mins dance...
Food is the main thing... What u eat is more important than how much u workout

yes, i'm here watching these science based videos because i want to lose weight and feel better. but the biggest takeaway for me, and one of the biggest shifts in my mind-body relationship has been: wow! my body has worked so hard to protect me! i see fat rolls and feel bad, but i should feel proud that this evolutionary machine has put so much effort into making sure i can get through whatever comes next. its been adapting to every little thing i do with determination to keep me alive with ample resources. i feel so sorry for hating my body when it's been working so hard for me and no one else!

The gamechanger is to feel in charge and not to be the victim of circumstances.

Like: you must do heavy lifting in the stinky gym (its hell for hypersensoric introverts)

There are plenty of options which can suit you.

Interesting and informative! I was drawn to HIIT and IF because of stimulating human growth hormone, balancing hormones overall, and autophagy. I am curious about your thoughts on those issues?
Also @Coach Viva, I thought eating enough protein (and even extra protein with heavy workouts) was the antidote to not losing muscle?

Thank you for sharing, Coach! I do Orangetheory 3x/week and nothing besides that due to cold weather. I know people generally workout more than 3x/week for weight loss; what are your thoughts on how many days to workout? Can I lose weight by diet alone and my current exercise frequency?

can I make only 2x a week? I don't like to do cardio AND resistance training on the same day (I feel they make me do less of each other)

I am already very skinny but have insulin resistance/ pcos. My goal is not too lose weight but rather to reverse the Insulin Resistance. Could you recommend what type of daily exercise I should do ?
