As a nurse practitioner this made my heart sing. Oatmeal, potatoes, meat, pasta, dairy, fruits, vegetables, grain, & lots of color..literally everything they taught you in 3rd grade about healthy eating.

This makes me super happy. Ive seen especially one creator that clearly has an eating disorder just eating fruit and greens and says that its a healthy way of eating whilst getting around 15 grams of protein and 100 grams of carbs a day and eats around 1700 kcals of basicly just fructose. You have an amazing mix of all the important foods and eat enough in a day to stay healthy without being extreme and having protein with every meal! Super happy, great influence

I find the best things to eat on the carbs side are oats, rice and potatoes. Try to cut your wheat down where you can. Eat enough protein but don’t get obsessed.

Main thing is to understand your maintance calories (there are calculators online) and then if you want to lose weight, eat about 20% under the maintanence and workout during the week and you will see results in a few weeks.

Try not to get on an insane diet because you will just go back to your old eating and make no progress.

The dieting is more of a reeducation on good meal choices, rather than just out all carbs etc which is just unsustainable, unnecessary and unhealthy.
