Really good edit. I'd say "why don't you listen to me" should be moved to replace the "why do I get the feeling you're going to be the death of me" line entirely and the "go back to your drinks" could have also kept the "Jedi business" part - not because the full line is good, but because the cut line seems a bit curt and isolated without the precursor.

Unnecessary dialogue removal. Just makes Obi wan sound like he’s talking to himself

Much better without the tension-cutting moments. But it could still have some footage cut from the beginning of the scene. The cheesy lines "Why do I get the feeling you're going to be the death of me?" and "Why don't you listen to me?" should be cut or dubbed out.
