INGREDIENTS!
salmon
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tbsp melted butter
1/8 tsp grill mates seasoning
1/8 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
Bake for 10 minutes then broil for 3 to 4 minutes

Spicy caramelized veggies
2 cups mixed veggies
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/8 tsp dried pepper flakes
1/2 tsp brown sugar
baked for 7 minutes

For future self: 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees F. Then broil for 3 - 4 minutes. You're welcome 😯

I certainly do appreciate the tip. I'm using all the ingredients you mentioned. I only did one thing different. For a larger skinless slab, I baked mine at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, and it turned out perfect! It's flaky and not overcooked. Thank you.

I just did 450 degrees for 12 minutes broil for 4 minutes and 30 seconds . Best salmon I have ever made . It was not dry

Oh my!!! Looking yummy good.

I am Alaska Native, Native Alaskan....I love salmon.
Wash salmon fillet, Pat dry, pull out bones...
Sprinkle avocado oils, sprinkle garlic salt, broil in a preheated oven for 10-12 min...second rack from the top.
Take out of oven, cover salmon with foil, rest for 10-15 min.

This is a great recipe with the exception of the albumin that comes out of the salmon. It’s coagulated protein and harmless but definitely unappetizing. Try a quick brine for your fish before baking. A tablespoon of salt per cup of water to cover your fish for 10-15 minutes will help reduce the albumin and dissolve the tissues to make the fish even flakier. Most times you’ll get albumin so matter what you do but it’s a sign of the fish being over cooked in general.

Otherwise, a delicious recipe.

I should feel embarrassed by saying at 40 years old, I just made my very first salmon just now, this was a FREAKING hit in the kitchen, I didn't have lemon peppers so I used adobo powder with cilantro, I can't thank you enough my Haitian sister, I wish I could've posted pics❤
