How 75 Hard Has Changed My Life

For those of you that don't know Andy Frisella has a program called 75 Hard. It is designed to be a challenging program that will push you to new levels in your personal life. There are several rules to the program, which are:

1.) Read 10 pages a day
2.) Drink 1 gallon of water each day
3.) Exercise 2x daily, each session a minimum of 45 minutes
4.) One of the workouts must be outdoors
5.) You must follow a diet and no cheat meals
6.) Absolutely no alcohol!
