Lets crush this Upper Body Kettlebell Workout together! Today we are focusing on Strength and you need only One Kettlebell or Dumbbell! Main focus of this Kettlebell Workout is Chest, Back, Shoulders and Core, it will take only 15 minutes to complete.
You can complete this upper body workout at home or the gym and make it as part of the bigger session or it would be challenging workout on its own.
For extra challenge, complete this workout 2-3 times.
I love this 40s On & 20s Rest format because it's short enough to allow you to go all-out during each set and the rest period isn't so long that it brings your heart rate down.
