Welcome to Swole City | New York, NY
When traveling back to NY this past week. I was able to still put in work for the challenge. I was invited by @illmorro to train at his awesome home base gym called “SWOLE CITY” this ins one of the best spots that I was able to to train while in NY. @illmorro has trained me for over 10+ years and the science behind his fitness programming is superb.
I wanted to keep the movement’s dynamic and this is what he cooked up.
This was a full body workout. We did not show the 3, 6, 9 warm-up. Pull-ups, push ups and air squats x 3 rounds 💪🏾
