Ok we are waaayyyy overdue for another 5 day challenge.!! What better way to end the year than with a 5 day power booty workout challenge!! Do this workout everyday for 5 days (or add it to your routine) for incredible butt shaping results. Let me know in the comments if you made it through the workout for all 5 days!!

Remember how Charlie Brown always got tricked by Lucy? Whenever Bailey gets to the "1" in a countdown, I'm like "Oh, thank God I can put my leg down!" but then inevitably comes "Now, hold it there and give me some pulses...." AND I FALL FOR IT EVERY TIME.

I’m on day 15! Love it every day. I’ve never been this consistent for so long. I tried weight lifting and hated it, so I only do it once or twice a week now. Your workout just makes me feel so good, and I can feel the burn every time. I don’t care whether it will give me drastic results or not. All I know is that I’m much more confident and mentally happy about working out! Can’t thank you enough💗

I'm a year late starting this challenge (11/21/23), but this was the best Butt workout that I've ever done! I can definitely do this every day. Day 1 completed! I love this!😊

I did your challenge months ago during my weight loss journey but I stopped after I lost the weight. I tried to get back into Pilates with someone else and they just don't compare. Your energy and encouragement are unmatched and I'm excited to be on this journey with you again.

Holy cow. My butt hurts. I’d going to try to update everyday for 28 days. 😬 (honest review)
Day 1: ✅ The two workouts together is crazy. I’m little shaking but I did it!
Day 2:✅ I did pretty good. Not as fun as the one yesterday but overall pretty good.
Day 3: ✅This one was pretty good. Got me shaking. But not as effective and fun as the first.
Day 4: ✅ this one was hella good and I definitely felt it. Remember to stretch afterwards.
Day5: ✅This one was hella good as well. My ass hurts.
Day 6: ✅ not as fun but I did it.
Day 7: ✅ exact same video as day 6. Not as fun but I did it. Starting to see a little different. I definitely feel better tho.
Day 8: ✅definitely loved it. I
hurt.
Day 9: ✅ finished it at like 9:00 pm but I still did it. I’m sweating a lot. It’s hot where I live so that also contributes to it. Excited for tomorrow.
Day 10: ✅very good workout. My glutes were burning.
Day 11: ✅ also very good. My stomach was on fire. Also very relaxing and enjoyable while you also get that nice burn.
Day 12: ✅ abs are burning and so is my ass. I would call that a success.
Day 13: ✅ I finished
Day 14: ✅ same workout as yesterday. Easy stretching one.
Day 15: ✅ glutes are definitely burning. Although I’m getting used to it and it’s becoming easy. I will add weight tomorrow. (Sorry for the late update.)
Day 16: ✅ it was okay. Want really in the mood.
Day 17: ✅ ngl I hate the reformer classes but I pushed through it.
Day 18: ✅ pretty good burn. I sweat.
Day 19: ✅ butt hurts. I’ve been losing motivation lately but I gotta stay strong for y’all and myself. I’m also sick so that’s adding to the lack of motivation.
Day 20: ✅ just stretching basically. Not really a fun workout. Tomorrow I’m going to switch it out for another harder one.
Day 21: ✅ I switched it out because it was boring. But the one I did hurt in a good way.
Day 22: ✅ I didn’t do it in the morning but after I got outta school. Very good arms and abs exercise. The burn is real.
Day 23: ✅ done. It was actually pretty fun and I felt good after.
Day 24: ✅ good glute workout
Day 25: ✅ good ab burn
Day 26: ✅ felt it today. It fricken hurt .
Day 27: ✅ Very simple stretching workout. Felt good. I’m so close to being done 🎉.
Day 28: ✅ easy. Simple.

Overall out of ten I give these workouts 7.5/10. I really enjoyed some of these workouts but others I just didn’t like them. There were lots of repeats too. I did see a bit of difference in my waist. It was more “hourglass” like. But not to much of were I would continue these workouts. If you are really interested in better genuine workouts, you can try fit by Zoe. I am doing the 1 month June challenge and her workouts are challenging and make you feel good. She doesn’t repeat any workouts and they are more than 5, 10, 20 minutes. Effective workouts. Again this is all personal preference. But if I were to be completely honest you probably shouldn’t waste your time doing this.

This was a fun challenge though.

Day 15 and I am looking forward to these exercises every day now. Love the energy and progress I've made with your videos. I never thought this would be a daily thing for me but now I can't be without it. So excited for each morning!

honestly i just found out about your channel from your tiktok and ive been struggling with anything that's connected to any kind of sport or workouts my whole life. but i just exercised with your video and i liked it... no matter how hard i felt that burning up but the way you're talking and encouraging to keep going! that's what motivated me to not give up. ive gone thru so many workout videos on youtube and none of those made me feel comfortable like yours. your words of courage are warming me up and i like it:)

i’ve been wanting to get back in shape for years now since i got out of high school. this is by far the best and most comfortable workout i’ve done in forever! i’m so excited to be doing this challenge 💗
