Tried our Tai Chi beginner video and felt you can do more? Our intermediate session will be great for you!

Disclaimer:
Please remember to take extra care when exercising unsupervised.

Key points to remember:
- Ensure you have suitable clothing and footwear.
- Clear the area around you of obstacles that might get in the way
- Ensure you have a drink handy to keep hydrated.
- Avoid exercise if you are feeling feverish or unwell.
- Take things very slowly to start with, especially on exercises you are unfamiliar with.

Please know that you are participating in the exercises at your own risk...... but most importantly, enjoy and have fun!

I cannot thank you enough. I have been doing tai chi for six months. I started your workout about three weeks ago. Two days ago I was in a supermarket when I realized that something had changed in my posture. I attribute the changes to your intermediate program. Thanks. I like the length of the program and the length of time given to each exercise.

The beginning was very clear and easy to follow but suddenly the pace was fast especially for hand gestures that we are not used to n it was tough but I could still follow. Thank you so much for your video!
