I’m 53 years old and I’m just starting physical therapy, my body is so weak from 6 months ago surviving septic shock and respiratory failure from MRSA-pneumonia and it still feels like I just got out of the hospital even though it’s been 6 months 😅 I’m grateful to be alive, most people don’t survive that particular illness 😢

@wudang Taichi- can you please make like a 30-45 mins or so vidoe which we can follow everyday for full workout where you do all the repetations needed and we can follow along ?

My grandmother started practicing Thai Chi in her early 70s. At one point she even became an instructor. When the shutdown happened and ahe could no longer attend group practice she was bummed . However, she will be 94 in June and she is still mobil and thriving. I truly believe Thai Chi is great to incorporate as part of a healthy lifestyle.

This is definitely a message for me, my first time to see this video. . I am a nurse and I had to make sure my back is good. I’m in the half of my 50s I love very young I want my body to stay young with me. I’m definitely doing back exercises but this looks like there’s a better way of stretching and strengthening my back and core 💪thank you so much for this video. God bless you🙏.❤
