I would love to know how the contraceptive pill affects fasting and vice versa. Some doctors say it does, some say it doesn't

What about women that have endometriosis and need to take hormones? How do we fast while on the pill? Going off the pill would make me have terribly heavy bleedings and incredibly painful periods again. The pill I take (Qlaira) is supposed to imitate the natural hormonal production of every woman, it has lower doses of P and E, and it is also split into four stages... but I'm having trouble knowing when to fast and what to eat in between fastings as I am aware that it is not like a regular menstrual cycle

It's unfortunate that the pill has so many issues but it's the only type of contraceptive I trust.

What about the IUD? At 44 I want to remove it and balance hormones naturally (but also not get pregnant). Are body depletions the same with IUD v pill?

I've been on the pill since I was 15 - 3 years I am 41. What do you recommend for my age is best for menopausal symptoms...? I used to fast longer but I have found that I need three meals to get my protein in and I sleep better. Have abnormal mammogram and I'm getting another one reluctantly in December. I just don't think they're safe but I don't know what to do cousins insurance doesn't cover other...

The last part about attraction through smell is interesting. If that were true, lesbians wouldn’t exist. Most of us don’t take birth control and a lot of us never have myself included. We’re obviously not attracted to men at all, If anything a lot of us are repulsed by men. Similar to the straight women coming off the pill who become repulsed by their current male partner or as she said in the video, you ladies get the ick. What is true and obvious, is the pill manipulates your attraction and judgement towards men, that’s not an accident.
