Here is my issue…all of this makes sense and sounds great. But my work schedule often starts different times of the morning- no consistency- and it can start at 3 am. I have to eat or I can’t function at work. My 12 hour window would leave me sometimes eating at 3 pm- to which I can not prepare for properly. Plus I have family. The logistics of this don’t work for a lot of people. Trying to navigate around that is hard. I’m trying to implement some things but just can’t see how to make it work well.

Dr. Axe, I recently read a book about eating according to your blood type. How true is this in your opinion? There is so much information out there about eating certain amounts of protein/fats/carbs. With some blood types, it says to stay away from some of these food groups! Do you have any input on this? Thank you!
