I loved the tips for sleeping better! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but lately I've been listening to the music on the Dreamy lullaby channel before bed and it's made all the difference! The songs are super relaxing and help me to quiet my mind and fall asleep more quickly. I highly recommend the channel for anyone looking to improve their sleep quality

One of the most effective sleep routines is do not use the bed you sleep in other than sleep. even the room if possible. Most of us don't live in large houses so it can be difficult to reserve a separate room for sleeping, but at least after getting up in the morning and making the bed, don't touch the bed until you go back to sleep. This is actually a piece of advice I learned from a monk.

Thank you. I need a new mattress. I learned that using a firm mattress would help with posture, but it has not worked for me. When I try to sleep on my side my arm gets sore. I am switching to a softer mattress.
