This is one of my biggest problems, I always have a hard time winding down at the end of the day and sleeping well. Some of the things on your list definitely apply to me. I'm gonna start eating dinner earlier and staying off the computer at night. Excited to get a good nights rest, thanks Doc!

I already sleep much better after taking your advice in an earlier video to have curtains that properly block out the light - quite frankly i'm amazed at the difference. I'm going to give the Chamomile a go - it's not something I've tried before but it might get me off the tea at night!
