Recap
1- Eat atleast 3 to 4 hours before sleep. Till then the digestion gets over.
2- Take a cold or lukewarm shower before sleep . (IMPORTANT DETAILS IN THE VIDEO)
3- Lit a cotton wick with an organic oil (Eg : Sesame, olive, lint seed...)
4- Don't sleep in a position when the head is facing towards north.(MORE DETAILS IN THE VIDEO i.e. REASON)
5- Just before going to sleep think that you are laying on your deathbed and have an introspection of the 24 hours you spent.
6- Keep everything EVERYTHING.. aside and sleep as life .
UP TIPS
1- Don't start your day with a loud abrupt alarm.
2-Rub your hand and place it upon your eyes to make your body awake.
Roll to your left side when you get up.(MUST SEE THE VIDEO)
3- Wake up with a smile for THESE reasons.

My daughter would come home after school and say, "mama I'm gonna take the day off". That meant she was showering. I believe she was only 10-12 years old. Wise little souls. She is 28 now and loves her showers!

When Sadhguru mentioned about how some people die in their sleep, it really struck a chord in me. My grandmother died in her sleep and it was truly unexpected. This shows how unpredictable life is. I have been sleep deprived for a long time. Hopefully I can get quality sleep after following these tips. Sincere thanks to Sadhguru.

That Deathbed exercise literally made me have a goosebumps, As Sadhguru said those words like think your bed as deathbed- i just freaked out, realized how much time i was wasting all these days, I never had a thought like this. This is really very powerful.

1) Meal time and sleep time
2) Shower before sleeping
3) Don't "Head North"
4) Before you sleep think you have one more minute to live (be conscious of your mortality)
5) Before sleeping leave aside everything that you have gathered. Sleep as life not as a man/woman...

Before you sleep:
1. Don't sleep right after you eat
2. Take a shower
3. Light a lamp
4. Don't sleep with your head to the north
5. Remind yourself that you are mortal
6. Keep all that you have gathered aside
when you come awake:
1. Avoid alarms
2. Rub your palms & place them over your eyes & get up on the right
3. And smile!

I feel sadguru is a magician. His thinking process doesn't matches with us at all. I felt gr8 after watching his videos .
I don't how he achieved all this but his thoughts are amazing.
