This Stretch routine will help your hips, back, shoulders, and neck pain go away! Join me for a quick and effective chair stretch video routine where we will reduce tension in your entire body. This chair stretch workout video is a great way to open up your hips and reduce tension in your back after a long day spent sitting at your desk. It's perfect to do before or after my Chair Cardio or Chair Cardio and Weights Workouts. Not to mention it only takes a few minutes to see positive benefits.

Today is day three of using your videos to help me on my recovery journey. I use this video twice daily before and after (I alternate between) your 7 min chair workout and your chair yoga video (25 min). You create a space where I don’t feel rushed to “catch up”, and your breaths are easy to follow with room to finish my breath if I’m not on cue. I so appreciate your content! I will join Patreon ASAP!

As an autistic person my muscles tend to tense up quite often, making my everyday movements rather stiff. I didn't know that simply stretching after workouts would improve my brain's connection to my body to this extent. It also helps me to relax, which is a challenge in itself.

This routine has been amazing for my shoulders! I was having a lot of tension in my shoulders, but after doing this regularly my shoulders are much better.

Hi, I just discovered your channel last week, and I LOVE your chair exercises. This stretch workout is one I've been using quite a bit, especially before cardio and indoor walking. I'm in recovery from traumatic stress and have dealt with extreme bouts of fatigue this past year that have been preventing me from pursuing anything physically challenging. I discovered that sitting workouts were a thing and gradually started doing those to work around my fatigue symptoms. I then discovered your chair workouts, and I can happily say that they have helped me out quite a bit when it comes to my energy and feeling better in my body, especially since I only just started doing them recently. Thank you so much for making these videos!

That neck stretch is legit! I love your chair workouts, thank you so much for posting these. I have an autoimmune disease that affects my joints and tendons. Ever since my Achiles tendon started hurting I've had to stop my previous workouts, but now I can get back into a routine thanks to you!

God bless you sweet beautiful Caroline ! 🤲 🙏 I sprained my ankle four times this year and so I can’t walk because of it, so one side is overcompensating for the injured side ;I always use your workouts to stay fit and healthy. However, like you said in another video, rest, comfort and positivity is also important, so I also take rest days as well . I listen to all your foot injury advice ; they are super helpful for me as I’m only an 18 year old kid and your videos help me stay fit and flexible!🥺💕 Love you Caroline ! Even though I haven’t met you personally, I can tell you are a good person, as I’m very empathetic and intuitive. Therefore, I can love people and their personality even if I haven’t met them personally. However, your YouTube videos brought back life in me and helped me so much with my mental and physical health . In addition, something else that works for me is I pray everyday for God to heal me mentally and physically and I have been going to church with my grandmother every Sunday!💕

Hi Caroline! I am a new subscriber and did this workout today. I broke my ankle 6 weeks ago and was in a cast, got it taken off on Tuesday and now have a walker boot on. This video was excellent, I did it twice as I felt I needed an extra stretching session. It felt amazing, my shoulders and neck feel so much better now. I absolutely love your energy and will be doing more of your chair exercises! I’m so glad I found your channel. Thank you so much and I appreciate everything you do 🙏🤗

Triumph Lady from Brookville Ohio.... Love this stretch video! I've done a LOT of Caroline's chair workouts while recovering from 2 ankle surgeries in 2021. Why did it take me so long to try the 10 minute stretch routine??? I stretched muscles I forgot I had thanks to a limited, recovering gait. Thank you Caroline!
