I have benefitted so much from these mobility workouts! I am very flexible, my balance has improved so much & my range of motion is much better. But the best, as a lifelong sloucher, my Mom would be so proud to see how great my posture has become.🥰

My joints thank you Chris! For me, the single leg squats to chair take me a few tries. Then, I'm a freakin' superstar ! I love that I can concentrate on my progress and just listen to your voice ! No need to barely look at screen during these !

Oh my…I feel so cleansed after these mobility classes…🥰 (funny thing…Paxton was right there for me for balance during the one legged sit and stands…I stayed strong and didn’t use him, much to his dismay!😂) Wonderful class!👏👏👏🧘‍♀️

I am also a person who is “always in fast forward”, so I really appreciate these mobility workouts. That short space to just let my mind be clear of worry and stresses of life has become a necessity for me. I would do it every day if I had time! But twice a week is working for now. Thanks, Chris!
