10 simple habits to improve your life and be more productive
Habits shape our lives far more then you probably realize. The problem is, most habits we build during our life are not that good for us. We tend to latch on to thing that are easy, safe, simple and comfortable, but not necessarily positive or beneficial.
So, I recently decided to improve my life and build as much healthy habits as possible while at the same time removing some unhealthy habits that I picked up along the way.
Since I don't want to overburden myself to a point of failure, I came up with a system of building 1 new simple habits every month. That way, by the end of the year, I will have 10 new simple habits that will improve my life drastically and help me be more productive among other things.
The goal is to increase my productivity, health, creativity and mindset to the best of my ability.
