In this video I will be showing you the easiest way how to start calisthenics training. The fundamental calisthenic movements that almost all advanced calisthenics skills are derived from are push ups, pull ups, dips and squats. Strengthen these and you'll be on your way to doing human flags, front levers, back levers, planches, and all the other advanced calisthenics movements that you can only achieve by strengthening your basic exercises (pull ups, push ups, squats and dips).

Good video: simple and practical.

You recommend doing 3 sets, but reaching 4 according to feelings and as a challenge. But, for example, in pull ups, do you mean to do 1 more sets when achieving the 3x10 goal or if I have reached 3x5 well do one more series? Logically, if I have reached 3x5 well enough to make one more set, I can do 3x7 from the beginning, for example, right?

What I want to ask with all this is what is the most interesting method to follow: from 3x5 step to 3x6, 3x7, 3x8 ..., or 3x5, 4x5, 3x6, 4x6 ...?

I do not know if I explain myself clearly
