1.5-2 cup veggies of choice (broccoli, carrot, capsicum, Zucchini etc)

Onion 1/2
100 g low fat paneer or tofu
Oil 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Hot sauce 1 tsp
Rice vinegar 1/2 tsp
Salt, pepper & Italian herbs
Water to adjust consistency

Hey that's great you are on a health goal and are trying to eat more nutritious food
But sorry to burst yout bubble that isn't half teaspoon oil, that's atleast 1tbsp
To be sure please get some measuring tools and use it for highly calorie dense ingredients or snacks
1tbsp oil is about 120 to 135 calories just to give some context
By all means use oil, but measure it to be sure, I know its very frustrating and annoying, I get it, as an Indian I never measured anything while cooking
But these little things can effect our progress
I want you to eat your best and be your best and diet plays a huge role, I know calorie counting and measuring food and macro counting can seem overwhelming but its the most safe method to track our health and progress
That being said please do include some healthy fat in your diet, no oil, no fat isn't good for our bodies either
Also if you like butter I would highly recommend using butter, less processed, you can even make it at home to be sure and 1tbsp of butter is about 100 calories, slightly better than oil and tastes so much more satisfying

U dont need any weight loss u r olready slim... ur face is already dull may b due to dieting... ur face will turn more lifeless /dull with more weight loss
