Hi Kat, just found your videos and the advice is brilliant. You convey it in a calm, understandable manner. Thank you. 🙏 You’ll be glad to know that the word ‘diet’ comes from the Greek ‘diaita’ meaning a way of living, including food, exercise and a balanced lifestyle. I too hate the modern usage of the word. 😂
