I have experienced the first five symptoms. He always used to say “it will be difficult for you if I leave”. I was under fear all the time of losing him and used to tolerate the trauma.
It’s been two years now since he left in the middle of the conversation and giving me silent treatment. I have been healing and don’t want him in my life anymore. I will let the karma do it’s job.

No doubt about it Trauma Bond for sure. Very difficult to leave, extremely painful. The end result is worth the pain of leaving u become u once again, only a whole lot wiser.

I still can't understand this trauma bonding concept I don't know the definition all I did was have a narcissist stepfather decades ago and recently I had a horrible friendship with a terrible person a narcissist absolute devil
