NAST! Someone has found this demanding whilst I did a "little" cardio, in fact names were called, utterly shocking! So bring on these nasty workouts to throw at the behemoth so that he can hold his size and still be shredded, after all, he just moans about being fat at 10% body fat.

Hey Coach! In the first place, as always, smoking workout, it left my chest on fire! And second one, im doing your Kettlebell Fat-Loss program workouts every single morning after coffe (Feels great!). As my objective isnt only burning fat, but also making big muscle (Since i started doing ur workouts 2 years ago, i have won 50 pounds being an ectomorph! (From 150 to, 200)) and i dont end that tired after working out, should i, also, do one of your workouts at the evening? maybe at night after work, or should i do it after the Fat-Loss workout?
