Do any INFJ's have a habit of "spacing off" or having a faraway look all the time? Just because I'm taking in so much information and so inside my own head. In stores, I've often been asked if I'm looking for something in specific. No ma'am, just the meaning of life. lol

Is it just me or does any other INFJ feel drained when they come home, like from work, school etc? I'm a barista and I'm constantly dealing with so many people with different personalities; I'm adapting and pretending, smiling and reading subconsciously. It's honestly so draining. I can literally feel myself staring and making connections even if I don't want to - which, I don't...But, I do anyway.

I connect so much and feel so exhausted when I get home. It's hard trying to explain to people who aren't like me why I'm always so tired.

as an introvert, I hate staring at people, when I'm talking about my experiences I'm looking everywhere but into someone's eyes yet when I listen it's like a STARING CONTEST... WTF.

My INFJ stare can mean anything from “I am seeing you right to your soul” to “I am analyzing you on various levels” to (mirroring mode) “Omg. How ridiculous. Look at yourself” to “I am not even here right now, but I am very much aware of what is going on around me”, etc. Gotta love our versatility. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Whenever I stare at people in a convo I often make up my responses in my head but never say them, so sometimes I assume I told someone something but in actuality I just thought it, it's frustrating!
