I busted out laughing at "my therapist is always telling me about his issues during my sessions..." - literally happened to me. He even told me I didn't need to be there but to come back if I ever needed to talk. LOL!!!

Two things I can say as an INFJ is that

I'm constantly torn between:

(1) just wanting to live peacefully off grid with animals vs. becoming powerful enough to make the world right

(2) hating humans and wanting to leave them to their miseries cause they deserve it EXCEPT I'm not capable of leaving people behind

I got stuck in a Cost-Co for an hour and a half because an employee kept talking to me about...whatever. I did the "uh huh", "or really?" "no way, " the entire time. When a customer showed up he would say " hold on, I'll be right back." He'd deal with them and return and talk more. I didn't have it in me to just leave while he was helping them because I didn't want him to feel bad. But I still had an empty shopping cart and hadn't had supper and was hungry. I just really hope to this day he appreciated that I gave him that much of my time.

Everyone I've told this to thinks I'm a crazy person for staying that long. They don't understand the internal conflict I guess.
