Been doing giger for a long time. I hate the taste if apple cider vinegar, so i get whole ginger root, lemon, ACV, and grind it up and put in a glass jar. That way i get 3 in one. I have chronic pain, and severe arthritis. This really helps. Its great for nausea. I mean even if you have the flu. If you have a cold, it really breaks that mucus up. I use ir dry, and my concoction and i take anywhere from 4-6 teaspoons. I have never gotten indigestion from it. Ayervedic says to only use dry ginger at night but i feel no difference. Ginger used to be cheap, still not to pricey. Try not to get grown in China. This root is a gift from God...enjoy!

I make my ginger drink, mixed with lemon, cucumber, celery, carrots, pineapple and honey. I drink it in the morning mixing it with hot water.

🙏thank you Lord...i'd been drinking this daily &before bed and first thing before coffee in the morning...for quite long years...mix with sometines lemon/turmeric/black pepper/oregano/dried serpentina leaf as i grew this on the pot...so far am 69yrs.old. Very few white hair..and still walk wearing 2-3 inches heels...fashionista🤣🤣🤣
