Wow . I have been doing this for about 2 years now. Knowing that ginger is great 4 you as well as lemon. But I have a extra ingredient.... Organic apple cider vinegar. Best in the south west...👍

I drink warm lemon water in the morning on empty stomach.
And i drink hot ginger water after every meal.
I didn't know that warm and hot water destroys the vitamin/minerals/benefit, etc.

Boiling lemons toss in a few green tea teabags. Add a half tbsp of raw honey to your cup before or after you pour the hot water with lemon and tea. Now take your hearty toasted sourdough bread and put a whisper of your favorite oil olive on the toast. Do you already feel more healthy? I thought so.😁

I wake up I eat raw ginger then a double tea spoon of olive oil which doesn’t break my fast because they don’t spike insulin then I go to work and drink lemon cucumber water all day then I break my fast around 4 5 with a chicken breast salad then hit the gym around 7 and in seeing great results and feeling so good lookn good 👍🏽
