None. There are no reasons why YOU shouldn't buy a home this year, NOT the market, NOT interest rates, NOT how prices are moving, and here's why...there will never be a good time to buy except when things are right for you.

In real estate it is always better to buy and wait, than to sit on the sidelines and wait because no one can truly predict what the market is going to do, no matter how much of an expert they claim to be.
