I’m proud of you! It’s never too late for change. I was diagnosed with depression back in April and I felt literally exactly the same way that you mentioned. I had blood work and was told I had a fatty liver. A lot of people say it’s normal blah blah. But I have 3 kids so I said to myself I was going to snap out of this and I was going to begin eating better and working out. It’s been almost 3 months now and I lost 20lbs… I changed my diet completely and I feel so dam good!!!! So do you girl! Screw the negative comments. Haters will hate
