9:33 - Wash your face in the morning, evening and AFTER exercising.
9:54 - Change your pillowcase at least once a week, or every few days if you have oily face skin, like me.
10:07 - Change your washcloth every 2 days.
10:14 - Avoid alcohol based cleansers, toners and products overall, ESPECIALLY if you have oily face skin.

Also, if you have oily face skin, avoid oil based face products, as well.

A lot of other doctors have recommended using a foaming face cleanser, such as CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser for Normal to Oily skin.

Sleep better, eat better, don't stress. These are the worst ones...

I dont want to treat. I want to cure. Acne is a problem from the inside out, "treating" it from the outside will never cure.

I'm a smoker and I can admitt that even though I've stopped picking and used salicylic acid, and I've seen a great improvement. I still have white head breakouts all over my face and I know its because I'm smoking. It's just so hard to quit when deep down you don't want to but you know you need to

I had the worst case of acne in my life a few weeks ago. It actually caused a lot of pain and discomfort. First time I had to use benzoyl peroxide. Cleared it up in about a week. Also applied cbd oil as I read it has anti bacterial properties to it plus it helped with the pain.

I love how you classified the acne! Every level of acne requires different treatments and attention. Some other videos just focus on talking about turmeric masks or salicylic acid, etc. without addressing the fact that severe acne may need prescription medication like Accutane!

What dermatologists never EVER state is if you dont "pick" do the pimples magically go away??? I rarely find that happens. What happens is the liquid turns to something hard over many weeks then it doesn't come out without help.

I don’t like the medication for acne.. all I know is was on some medication.. two months later.. I was told I had stage 1 breast cancer.. I think the best thing is to get facials. Regularly.. find a great person that can do facials

For Acne you must know that
Your skin mirrors your gut health. In other words, if you're looking for clearer skin, it might be time to take a look underneath the hood and see what's going on with your gut.

70% of your immune system can be found in your GI tract. So gut problems or stomach issues will impact other areas of your body, like your skin. That's why—a lot of the time—SIBO and skin issues like acne go hand in hand. In fact, one study found people with acne were 10 times more likely to have SIBO when compared to a “healthy control group.”

small intestinal bacterial growth (aka SIBO) happens when you get an overflow of bacteria in your small intestine. Symptoms of SIBO include digestive issues like nausea, bloating, abdominal pain, and then, of course, acne. That explains why eating certain foods when you have conditions caused by digestive problems—like SIBO, IBD, or Celiac Disease—causes breakouts or flare-ups with your acne. For example, foods like wheat, dairy, and sugar cause your gut to become inflamed—aggravating your SIBO symptoms and appearing as acne on your skin.
