CA car insurance rates expected to soar by more than 50%

This is absolutely ridiculous and absurd! I’m not sure why the people being interviewed are taking that lightheartedly and even laughing about it. People need to be angry and let these car insurance companies and legislators that they are not going to accept these outrageous insurance increases. It’s interesting that everything keeps increasing, except for the average American’s paychecks!
