San Diego car insurance projected to rise more than any California city

San Diego's project increase in car insurance is one of the highest in the nation, just behind Phoenix and Orlando.

1) Start making roads safer, more traffic calming measures.
2) CHP needs to crack down HARD on speeders and reckless drivers on the Freeway.
3) we need better mass transit and bike lanes for those in town errands so we don't have to take a car everywhere.

Makes sense....punish responsible drivers. Those that live in SD know that there are hundreds of drivers with no insurance and expired tags speeding through our streets and freeways.
