I train to remain happy, healthy, and capable for the duration of my life. Basic calisthenics exercises, weighted or not, make the most sense to me since as one ages, maintaining the ability to move your body through the landscape gracefully becomes more and more important. People who fail to maintain a basic level of strength and mobility do not age well.

I think you missed my type: "Health Calisthenics": Don't care about specific moves, methods, workouts, looks, etc. Always centered in achieving the best possible health. Ocassionally interested in mastering one move, or having fun with freestyle, but always, health takes precedence. Besides the workout, pay attention to nutrition and rest.
