Chicken 65 recipe
600g chicken cut into pieces
Lemon juice ½ lemon
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Egg 1
Cumin powder 1tsp
Black pepper ½tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Chilli powder 2tsp
Turmeric ¼tsp
Red chilli ¼tsp
Curry leaves some
Green Chilli 1
Salt to taste
Curd 3tbsp
Rice flour ¼cup
Marinate 60 mins

Honestly that’s just chicken that’s fried. Chicken 65 is different. In order to make chicken 65 I would use the same process as you did but once they are fried in a separate pan, add some oil, fry some ginger and garlic chopped, some curry leaves and then add in hot sauce (any kind), I add in some tomato paste but it’s optional, and some red chilli powder and any other spices you like and then cook it well, add in some water with red food colour and then toss the chicken in it. That’s what makes it a chicken 65.
