Heartburn can really ruin the fun experience of eating. It can affect your social life as well but there are some ways to help you live a better life. Thank you for the information in the video. I have been living with heartburn many years now and even took medication to stop it, I am now off but occasionally take a Tums to keep my body from building too much acid. I noticed that once I cut meat, dairy and sugars out of my diet and stuck to a plant based diet and eating less helped me so much. In the Bible it talks about the Garden of Eden. Now do you think the Garden of Eden had hamburgers, fries and soda? No, we must eat fresh foods. Our bodies are being poisoned by what we consume and drink so treat your body like a temple and if the temple needs reconstruction then fix it. The body has the ability to heal just like your cuts heal. Also, not eating heavy meals late at night has helped me. I try not to eat 5 hours before bed because thats usually how long it takes for your body to digest all meals. Good luck with your battle in facing acid reflux, you can do it!

Has anyone had the feeling of trying to chew your food and it your afraid to swallow it ? And having a hard time swallowing? Also I have been having really bad acid reflux and I feel like I have lost weight I can't eat at all I can drink fluids but ugh I always feel like something is wrong with my throat 😭

I have none of this I just have bad stomach gas gas gas gas I changed my diet a year ago I ware lose clothes I go for walks all I eat is healthy foods and I still have this problem
