Great video my friend, can you give your opinion on this please? My ex girlfriend of 2 years left about 3 weeks ago and I went into no contact again straight away. She left originally and then I decided to go no contact in which she reached out to me and wanted to talk about it. We then got back together for a month just for her to leave again. I feel as though I let her back so easily because I was distraught over it. She now hangs out with my old friend group who I had falling outs with. The first time she left she did not block me but this time she has on almost everything. She has been out drinking and whatnot and seems to not care. I want her back badly. Any suggestions?

We broke up two weeks ago after a relationship from almost a year. He broke up because he wasn’t in love with me anymore and thought about this for two months. The first two days we were still talking to each other because he felt regret towards me, not because of getting back together. He told me he would think things through but then still said no. Two days ago I asked him how’s he’s doing, which he said he found it difficult to not see me and tries to distract himself. He still doesn’t want me back and told me he I need to move on. He still has my stuff and I have his. He thinks I am not ready yet to see him, because he is afraid I will continue begging and pleading. Almost 4 months are gone, We have a son together, so, co contact is not possible, so We text each other usually once a week. I don't check her Facebook, I never called her or thext her unless necessary, I keep posting on my Facebook what I am doing, and she always put like on it ( pretty much ).The other day when I asked how is she going, ( she started dating someone else after a month by the way...) she said that she is not really well, because of the separation on top of work, that she is stressed, but she is working on it. Should I take this as a "sign" that something in her head is maybe "changing"? Thanks.

This is incredibly manipulative. If a breakup happens then it happened for a reason. If you're going to get back with an ex you both need to grow. If someone breaks up with you and then comes back only because they're anxious and uncomfortable being alone do you really want to be with that person?
