Thank you so much for this and everything else you go. I got injured 3 months ago after over running, and your stretches have seriously helped me to recover. Went on my first run 1 week ago and just did the exact thigh stretch a few hours earlier! Massive massive help. Seriously if not for you I'd still be barely able to walk without being in massive pain. Thanks brother 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Thank you for reminding me to work at the level I enjoy, that will work for me. Sometimes I find myself over reaching and it just doesn’t work out . I need to get that solid base line progress. No pain no gain is a false mentality.

Wow! Super grateful for all you do. I hadn´t so much as walked for several months due to knee pain but have diligently started a routine of walking backwards (and getting looks...) stretching and more. Now I really feel I´m getting somewhere, painfree and much fitter that before.

When i do this stretch with my right knee on the ground, i feel extreme tightness going down to my knee compared to my left. Is that normal? Thanks!!!

I love your equipment but shipping is so expensive. Wanted to buy the couch stress padding but shipping cost almost the same price as the mat. Why? I’m in Florida too.

Sorry, this isn’t related to the couch stretch but to the ATG split squat.

I have Meralgia Paresthetica in my left leg. When I go the squat with my right foot in front, my left leg burns pretty badly. I need to strengthen my right knee bc of an injury. Any suggestions, please? I’m desperate to get my legs back to “normal”. Thank you.

I have some kind of tightness in the front of my right hip I think after overdoing oblique crunches. This stretch feels like it should be hitting the area but it’s not really helping.

Hi Ben, what are your thoughts on locking out squats/knee flexions? My knee overuse pain/tendinitis I find commonly is experienced whenever I am at or near lockout. Should I cut this range of motion, or will it lead to more injuries in the future? If were to do that and later I try increasing the range of motion, will I get injured suddenly due to not training the range of motion enough? (although the bit of work I do on warm up sets might be enough) I am thinking of locking out the knee only when I do warmups like sissy squats/ATG squats and cutting the range of motion on squats/leg press.

Hey Ben, so I had a tendon reattachment surgery in December. I have an issue with my right Patella tendon for almost 10 years now (I am 27). But a huge issue I am having is all the stress always seems to be loaded on my tendon. My quad muscles never seem to contract or even work. I try to do the backwards walks on the treadmill but I always feel it in my tendon on my right leg but my left leg I feel the quads firing. Any advice would be great as I want to get back to my normal activities and be healthy before my son gets big so I can play outdoors with him.
