Thanks for the advice! I’m a new subscriber, I’ve lost 7kg so far (idk what that is in lbs, I’m from the UK lol) similar to you I was always overweight growing up but I wanna make a sustainable change. Glad to know I’m on the right track and don’t have to give up everything and eat dry food🙏
