➡️ RDL’s are primarily for glutes, not the hamstrings. The hamstrings are targeted more directly with a Stiff Leg Deadlift. I will be making a tutorial on the SLDL soon. There are some very key differences beteeen them.

The RDL is my absolute favorite movement for building the glutes. Make sure you use straps so that your grip doesn’t limit how much weight you’re able to hold. You don’t want weak link in the chain limiting the amount of weight you can expose your glutes to.

The last point about the glutes not feeling, was very useful for me.
New to working out with correct form can sometimes let us make assumptions that may not be true. I like the breadth of your content, pls keep it coming.
