My ex did EXACTLY this. The second sex couldn't be used as manipulation all the devaluing started and it was brutal and to each example like a playback was followed! I was a hermit for months just trying to make sense afterward.

You are 100% correct. I had 3 women narcissists. It's been almost 3 years since I've been with my last female narcissist. I'm still going through disappointments.

Even without reacting angrily or defensively, how would you think you're in control in front of other people, especially if this is done in a group setting?
Even if you keep a lid on your emotions and you're not reactive and therefore not acting like you're out of control - are these people still going to believe all these accusations as the woman narcissist is now the wounded soldier of you ????
