Push, Pull, Legs (PPL), or Bro Split?

I'll be answering this question today.

Choosing the right workout split can be tough. Push pull legs offers balanced muscle development, quicker recovery, and flexibility.
On the other hand, the Bro Split focuses intensely on individual muscle groups but might lead to imbalances.

So, who should choose what?

These are the basic guidelines which will be explained in the short:
* Beginners: Push pull legs for a strong foundation and faster progress.
* Experienced lifters: Push pull legs for overall growth or Bro Split for targeted muscle development.
* Busy people: Bro Split for fewer gym days, but Push pull legs for more balanced results.

Ultimately, the best choice depends on your goals and lifestyle. You can try both and see what works best for you.

Use the split that works for you. All these splits do not take many factors that may be unique to your situations into account for example your work life balance, your body's ability to work & recover etc etc.

This guy is absolutely correct. However i go push on tuesday pull and legs on wednesday then 2 days break. Weekend repeat and monday break.

Not true it completely depends on individuals many body builders still follow bro split natural / unnatural both, do which ever feels best for you.

One more disadvantage of BRO split is that guys in gym do 5-6 exercises for small muscle group like biceps and triceps. They do 6-7 exercises of shoulders in which they mainly target front delts. This is not the case with Push Pull Legs. As we have to do 3 exercises max for each group.

My workout schedule
Monday:-Chest, back
Tuesday:-Shoulder, triceps
Wednesday:-Biceps, legs

Abs workout in alternate days

I changed my workout routine to Push Pull Legs and I can literally say that I lost a good amount of fat and gained considerable amount of muscle

But it's not effective for bachelors because protein requirement full fill nai kar pate ham log aur next week full potential se workout nai hota so bro split for students and for serious body builders push pull

From my personal experience, ppl is not recommended for beginners if you are gaining weight. I lost 3-4 kilo in just 2-3 days. Bro split is good until you reach your target weight.☺️

Bro split is not that bad as you think.
Some advanced bodybuilders like who are lifting since 5-7 years need a very high volume to grow their muscles. As you know you have to increase the total volume of a muscle group progressively to build it. They literally do an excercise in 15-20 sets or even more and they need more time to recover.
On the other hand, push-pull-legs are best for beginners, and intermediates to hit that high frequency.
Btw, I do PPL 💪

No. Just experiment yourself to find out which one works better. You will find your certain muscle groups grow better on PPL and certain on Bro split. So, it's best to keep switching between the two. 😊

After 8years it's still working for me (my workouts are intense enough)and our body needs INTENSITY not frequency we are not running in marathons that's it

For AESTHETICS PUSH PULL LEGS IS THE best ---- and. We can give enough rest to parts of the body - ie. 48hrs to 60 hrs 👍🏻👍🏻
