If we're going to get this technical, then it's probably fair to say that most people aren't seeking to feel love for other people, they want to feel that other people love them. No, they cannot directly experience that love. But yes, that is what they want.

Try expressing love towards the idea of yourself. Try it with actual emotions on board. Take your favorite love song, and sing it with the idea of yourself from child to adult and all the actions you've taken that you can look back on with pride. Add compassion and support for this person as they strive forward

The reason why people can’t find love (including me) is because they’ve been mislead to believe love would be this divine thing or state in which you only feel happiness and comfort. This state in which your significant other perfectly suits your demands (not needs, but demands!). This state of perfection on top of which you don‘t need to do anything to obtain it because the object you chose to project that onto loves you „for you“.

This believe is the demise of the traditional marriage and household..

Yes this makes sense too. Another one is some people use the mind not the heart that's why they don't find love . Heart just love, mind think like fear, pride and other negativity.

It amazes me, Dr. Taraban, that I can interpret your videos as entirely self-serving or, recontextualizing, entirely selfless. "You don't feel other people's love. You feel love as it leaves you." So: self-love (feeling love is lovely) or selfless love ("Love one another as I have loved you." that is: sacrificially). Your video says neither, explicitly, allowing the viewer to discover their own path forward.

It could actually work well for men and women, I think. Women love men who are trustworthy and giving.
Men love women who trust them and appreciate their value.
The big problem is that women have to compete with all the perfect looking supermodels online.
And men have to compete with all the billionaires, brain surgeons, and vampires.
True love gets stamped out by hedonistic lust and greed.
