I'm on the other end of the spectrum as an exercise addict where I move too much and have to force myself to be sedentary to level out my cortisol.

1) Even now I get 20-25K steps of walking daily as a personal trainer, part time dog walker, and outdoor lover. It used to be even more steps. 😂

2) I also lift full body 3x per week and do formal cardio 2x per week with more intensity like jumping rope or running stairs.

The one benefit to my lifestyle is that I maintain my weight and under 15% bodyfat eating 5, 000 cals per day. There is a certain freedom in that. 💯 But it is really hard for me to be sedentary and that's why my sleep suffers.

Move around as much as you can is pretty much how I see it. If I can’t walk 10k steps a day then I’ll do however many I can do. If I can do 10k I will. If I can do even more than 10k then I’ll do that.
